Order Processing

We generally need 1-3 business days to process an order (excluding bulky items that may require special handling, e.g. bonnet protectors - handling time for such items will be 2-5 business days).



Most of the product range excluding bonnet protectors is shipped across Australia and to New Zealand. Bulky items (bonnet protectors and a few items from the weathershields range) are only shipped within Australia.

Specifically for bonnet protectors shipping can be arranged for all metro areas within Australia (excluding PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers). For areas outside of metro extra costs on freight may be incurred, additional to item price, and deliveries may not be possible to some remote/rural areas (including but not limited to Northern Territory, remote Western Australia and some others). If your shipping address is located within a remote/rural area and you wish to order a bonnet protector, we recommend that you contact us first to assess the feasibility of delivery and whether or not additional freight and/or delivery costs will be incurred.

Based on individual requests, some of the products may be shipped to other locations in the world - please Contact Us for a quote should you need this option.

Shipping across Australia is free unless you require and request a special service like next day delivery by courier. On orders from New Zealand, a flat rate of AUD39.00 will be charged per order, except Bonnet Protectors (currently we do not offer Bonnet Protectors to New Zealand, but you can contact us request a quote if you need those to be shipped to your address in New Zealand - we may be able to do so to certain locations). 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options appropriate for your product.

Majority of our parcels are shipped via Australia Post and Couriers Please, but we may hire other couriers if the need arises. For some orders from Sydney metro, we may also arrange hand delivery.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on cubic volume however for small items it will be weight-based.


Return&Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you find there is an error or a problem with the item (manufacturing defect etc). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of lodging your package with shipper for return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

In regards to returns due to change of mind, such returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and needs to return the item in original condition with all packaging, fittings, paperwork etc that it was originally supplied with. The returns will be processed and refund issued where eligible within 1-5 days of receiving the item.
