Order Processing

We generally need 1-3 business days to process an order (excluding bulky items that may require special handling, e.g. bonnet protectors - handling time for such items will be 2-5 business days).



Most of our products can be shipped across Australia and to New Zealand. Live shipping rates are provided at checkout when you complete your shipping information, and are generally based on the product weight and dimensions and your shipping destination, as well as on the shipping service linked to the product. Your shipping costs can be viewed in your Cart once you add the products in and input your shipping information, before finalising your purchase.

If you require a special service like next day delivery please Contact Us us prior to submitting the order for confirmation and quote. 

Oversize/bulky items, specifically bonnet protectors and many types of weathershields, cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and Parcel Locker locations.

Based on individual requests, some of the products may be shipped to other locations in the world - please Contact Us for a quote should you need this option.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options appropriate for your product.

Majority of our parcels are shipped via Couriers Please or Australia Post, but we may hire other couriers if the need arises.

All orders are shipped from our own stock from our warehouse based in Macquarie Park NSW 2113. We do not drop ship.


Return&Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you find there is an error or a problem with the item (manufacturing defect etc). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of lodging your package with shipper for return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

In regards to returns due to change of mind, such returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and needs to return the item in original condition with all packaging, fittings, paperwork etc that it was originally supplied with. The returns will be processed and refund issued where eligible within 1-5 days of receiving the item.
